A software demo you can rehearse

Use a real result and a small truthful claim. This sample previews names; it does not rename your files or record a video. The storyboard is a reusable original example, not a claim of tested conversion uplift.

The mapping is garden.png to launch-001.png, workshop.jpg to launch-002.jpg and reading.webp to launch-003.webp. The order is the supplied order. No disk files are read or changed.

Four-scene take

  1. 0-12 seconds: show the three inputs and prefix. Say why you want a preview.
  2. 12-30 seconds: run the preview, pause so each target can be read. State the disk-access limitation.
  3. 30-46 seconds: load the failure fixture, then run. Two source names differing only by case are refused.
  4. 46-60 seconds: reset the successful fixture and run. State the next action: review order/prefix before adapting the example.

At 150 words per minute the provided rename narration is about 43 seconds, leaving part of the 60-second scene budgets for clicks and reading. These are estimates. Rehearse your actual delivery; accent, pauses, framing and action time affect it.

Revision exercise

Run the successful fixture and mark the plan reviewed. Change source for revision exercise: prefix becomes revision. The old output and review become stale. Run again, then update preview/result narration to revision-001.png, revision-002.jpg and revision-003.webp. Update the input scene's prefix too. Mark reviewed only after comparing the text with the real output.

A reviewed label is your acknowledgment. This workspace cannot prove screenshots are truthful or automatically find every contradictory sentence. It exports the current plan; export before refreshing because edits are in memory.

FAQ

Does this need an AI API? No. The workspace uses fixed original fixtures and local functions.

Will it record my screen? No. Use an existing recorder separately after rehearsal.

Will this guarantee sales? No. It helps prepare accurate evidence, not establish demand or buyers.

Can I replace the fixtures? Yes, within each displayed input contract. These miniature tools have deliberate scope limits.
